A trade and distribution company sells through an online shop while running operations in enova 365. The two never spoke to each other.
Someone exported stock and imported orders by hand, once or twice a day. Between exports, the shop showed stock that had already been sold — leading to oversells, apologies and manual corrections.
We built a file-exchange integration on konektu: stock levels flow from enova 365 to the shop on a schedule, orders flow back, and every exchange is validated, retried on failure, and monitored. Files land over SFTP where the systems expect them, but nobody touches them anymore.
Two weeks from discovery to go-live, tested against real exports before cutover.

Stock is now continuously in sync, oversells are gone, and the daily manual export-import ritual has disappeared entirely.
