Who we are (data controller)
This website (kulanderlabs.com) is operated by Kulander Labs, ul. Mickiewicza 31B, 05-420 Józefów, Poland (NIP: 553-234-14-77, REGON: 146454162) — the controller of your personal data.
For any question about how we handle your data, contact us at contact@kulanderlabs.com. This policy explains what we collect through the site, why, and your rights under the GDPR (RODO).
What data we collect
We only collect the data you choose to send us through the contact form: your name, company, email address, optional phone number, the topic you select, and the content of your message.
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and this site does not run cookie-based analytics — so no cookie-consent banner is required.
Why we process it and on what basis
We process this data for one purpose: to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to prepare and discuss a possible engagement. The legal basis is our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) in responding to business enquiries, and taking steps at your request before a possible contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Who processes it (service providers)
To deliver the notification email we use Amazon Web Services (Amazon SES) in the EU region (Frankfurt, eu-central-1) as a processor. Our website and application logs run on our own infrastructure in a data centre in the European Union (Hetzner, Germany).
We do not sell your data and do not share it with third parties for marketing.
Where your data is stored and for how long
Contact-form submissions are sent to us by email and are also written to our application logs for reliability, so that a temporary email problem cannot cause us to lose your enquiry. These logs are retained for a short period (currently 7 days) and are then automatically deleted.
Email correspondence is kept only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting business relationship, after which it is deleted.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, correct it, request its deletion, object to processing, and lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority (President of the Personal Data Protection Office, UODO). To exercise any of these rights, email contact@kulanderlabs.com.
Changes to this policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes are posted on this page with a new update date at the top, so please check back occasionally.
