GotaPlan is a work-management platform in the class of Monday.com, built and operated by Kulander Labs. Boards, groups, items and automations model the way work really flows through a company.
The difference from a generic SaaS tool is that we configure it around your process and connect it to your other systems. It becomes the operational backbone for teams that were running on spreadsheets — with the visibility and structure that spreadsheets never gave them.
Because we own the platform, we can adapt it, extend it and integrate it far beyond what an off-the-shelf tool allows — and we run it on our own infrastructure.
The difference shows most around integration. We run our own integration platform, konektu, so wiring GotaPlan into your ERP — orders from the system onto boards, statuses back into the ERP — is a standard part of the rollout, not a separate project with yet another vendor.
